Buffs and Debuffs Major/Minor Slayer and Aegis: These effects now apply to all monsters, rather than only when inside a dungeon, trial, or arena. These changes were made to ensure they work while inside solo dungeons, as well as reducing their validations during damage calculations (these checked 22 unique lines of logic, every damage calculation ). This will result in allowing them to work in the following instances; Against player pets
