What the patch notes say

Class Passives Dragonknight, Nightblade, Sorcerer, and Templar previously had unique class passives that provided Minor Brutality, Minor Savagery, Minor Sorcery, and Minor Prophecy to groupmates. Since we’ve removed Minor Sorcery and Minor Prophecy, we’ve given Sorcerers and Templar new unique buffs, while Dragonknight and Nightblade retain Minor Brutality and Minor Savagery respectively. The Dragonknight Elder Dragon passive continues to grant Minor Brutality, which now increases both Weapon and Spell Damage by 10%.
